With the ever increasing world wide usage of personal cell phones and other wireless email devices for mobile users to send and receive text information, almost everyone is now connected to our modern digital environment. Text 4 Reality is a Vancouver, BC developed web based texting service dedicated to supplying an exceptional new service to the Real Estate industry. We are committed to working with you, the Real Estate professionals, and your customers to provide an unsurpassed service that your customers need and want.

A realtor only has to advertise the text message service option on a property sign, classified ad or any website listing. A potential buyer would simply have to text the Property ID # generated by the listing, to a short code and the property information is immediately sent to their mobile device while they are still in front of your listing viewing the property.

The realtor can login to our website and check the data from the mobile users that have enquired about the listing. The realtor can then make a follow up call at their convenience if the mobile user opts in. This provides a valuable 'lead' for the realtor, at a cost of only 20 cents per lead.

Information in a text message request could include address, price, zoning, sq. ft., lease rate, lot size, number of rooms, etc. or any pertinent information about the property. The message can be a maximum of 160 characters of text space.

We do not charge the home buyer anything to use our service. They are charged for the text message based on their wireless plan with their carrier.

When registered with a Text4Realty plan the realtor can enter details of the properties available, the number of properties depends on the plan. If a property becomes sold the realtor can easily switch the service from one property to another and simply use the same sign for the new property.
