Franchise Information

We are now accepting franchise sign-ups for agents.

We offer a very generous commission to all our agents who sign up for one of our franchises. A Text4Realty Franchise will cost a minimal $250 and will set you on the road to financial stability. The sign up fee is to show your commitment to Text4Realty and in return we supply you with an agent's "Welcome Kit" which includes:

• A welcome letter
• Business Cards with your name, contact and Agent ID#
• 50 Text4Realty Brochures
• Information about your relationship with Text4Realty; Pricing plan and how you are paid; Information for signing up realtors; Guidelines on how to market our system and approach realtors in their communities; Guidelines on how to be professional, ie. attire and manners, how to present our system etc.
• All the above is presented in a leather carrying binder with our imprinted logo

All payments to agents are made through PayPal unless specifically specified.
