Do I have to sign a long contract?
There is no contract to sign. By signing up for one of our plans you agree to abide by
our conditions.
How does a buyer get the property information?
They drive past the property and see the short code text number on your property board. They text the property ID number and the information is sent back instantaneously to their cell phone or other wireless email device for mobile users from our website.
How does a realtor get the property information sent to a cell phone?
You login to our website and enter any information into the property ID. The information could include address, price, zoning, sq. ft., lease rate, lot size, number of rooms,
etc. or any other relevant information about the property. The message can be a maximum of 160 characters of text space. Our software automatically sends the text message to any enquirer.
Do I need to know programming language?
Definitely not. You just enter text into a text box. It's so simple.
How do I get my Realtor leads?
You simply login to our website and check the data from the mobile users that have enquired about the listing. You can then make a follow up call at your convenience if the enquirer has opted-in.
Does the buyer have to pay anything for the text message received?
No, but they may charged for the text message they send based on their wireless plan with their carrier. Many carriers offer free texts.
How much do the leads cost?
All text messages sent from our website to your prospective buyers are charged at a cost of 20 cents. You will be billed on a monthly basis.
What if I need to upgrade to a different plan?
Simply cancel your subscription and sign up for the different plan required. We will automatically send extra signs when you sign up for a bigger plan. You may also wish to downsize your plan which involves the same cancellation and re-signing.
